Public washroom facilities can be found at Cardinal Place, located underneath the escalators to the left-hand side of Marks & Spencer.
There is a 30p charge for using the standard toilets.
The accessible toilet and parent baby room are free of charge.

We have a fully trained and dedicated security team onsite 24/7 at Victoria, Cardinal Place and Nova and our security teams work closely with the Police, Project Servator and other local partners to deliver a safe and secure environment.

Our shopping centre can be found near Victoria Tube, train and coach stations. Victoria Tube station is step-free and you'll find our centre when you leave the Victoria Street exit. There is a lift from the Tube up to our shopping centre, so you don't have to take the stairs.
We're a popular family destination because our centre is flat, making it easy to get around with a buggy. Wheelchair users will be happy to find step-free access to shops and restaurants in Cardinal Place, Nova and Victoria Street.

Our Roof Gardens can be accessed by the escalators, lifts or stairs. Here you'll find Wagamama and Five Guys. It's a tranquil, green space for relaxation and an excellent spot to pause and eat lunch. Our rooftop plays host to events throughout the year, especially during the summer when we've had live musicians come to play us some tunes.
