House Rules for Cardinal Place Roof Garden

To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests at all times, we ask you to observe the following rules:

1. Maximum Capacity – 200
2. Please remain seated and in your designated area. Table service is available.
3. The maximum group size is 6
4. At least one of your party must provide their details for Track & Trace.
5. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the roof terrace.
6. External food is allowed on the roof garden and visitors are encouraged to dispose of rubbish in bins provided.
7. No external alcohol is permitted outside of licenced areas.
8. No dogs are permitted on the roof gardens except assistance dogs.
9. Cardinal Place will have security on hand and reserve the right to refuse entry at any time & ask people to vacate the premises where necessary.
10. Public washroom facilities are located in the public toilets underneath the escalators to the left hand side of Marks and Spencer’s. Retail and restaurant units have the right to restrict toilet access to paying customers only.
