With the relaxation of restrictions in England from 19th July, the health and wellbeing of everyone that visits Victoria, Cardinal Place and Nova remains our highest priority.

Security

There are numerous security measures you can see and, of course, the ones you can’t. All our staff are trained to ensure all our visitors have a safe, secure and enjoyable experience.

We have a fully trained and dedicated security team onsite 24/7 at Victoria, Cardinal Place and Nova. You may find them patrolling the mall ready to answer any of your questions, provide directions or assistance with a friendly smile.

Our security teams work closely with the Police, engage with Project Servator and other local partners to deliver a safe and secure environment. We also work closely with Victoria Business Improvement District to improve security across the city as a whole and to ensure our security procedures are up to date and following best practice.
