At the heart of the menu is Frango Piri-Piri. True to its origins and drawing on co-founder Marco Mendes’ Algarvian heritage, Casa do Frango use an age-old Piri-Piri recipe, perfected over time; half a chicken is grilled over an open-fire, stoked with wood charcoal to create the unmistakable flavour and char that is paramount to the dish, dubbed by critics as “the best chicken and chips in town.”
