Things to do with kids in London Victoria
With the summer holidays right around the corner, you might be trying to plan a few days out to keep the kids busy. We’ve got a few suggestions for things to do with kids in London, Victoria. So grab your SPF and your umbrella (just in case!) and let’s make some summer plans.
Lane7
Zig Zag, 70 Victoria St, London SW1E 6SQ
Kids are welcome at Lane7 Victoria until 7pm, so snap up a family bowling package and enjoy one game of bowling for two adults and two kids for £25. For a full day of activities, challenge the kids to a round of crazy golf to test their skills and tire them out!
If all those games work up an appetite, enjoy the Patty & Bun dishes available at Lane7. With every flavour of burger you can imagine along with vegan options and delicious sides, you won’t be leaving here hungry.
St James’s Park
London SW1A 2BJ
If we’re lucky enough to get some good weather this summer, somewhere that should be on your list to visit is St James’s Park. With its beautiful scenery and historical culture, a visit here is not to be missed.
Just 10 minutes from Victoria, you can hop off the train, grab some picnic essentials from M&S and Boots, then make your way to the park. Relax in the bandstand or hire a deckchair – and keep an eye out for the resident pelicans who get fed fresh fish every day between 2:30pm and 3pm! There’s also a playground nearby to keep the little ones occupied, so you can relax while they expend some energy and enjoy the fresh air.
Curzon Cinema
58 Victoria St, London SW1E 6QW
For a special cinema experience, be sure to visit Curzon Cinema. Home to five boutique screens with reclining seats, kids and adults alike will enjoy the experience. With films like The Imaginary and Despicable Me 4 hitting the big screen this summer, heading to Curzon Cinema will allow you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the laughs. If you're in the mood for more than just popcorn, Curzon also serve hot dogs and delicious freshly made pizzas.
The Garden
Cardinal Place, London SW1E 5JD
Head up to The Garden, a beautiful green space with seating, WiFi, and sheltered spaces to enjoy the fresh air. The Garden is accessible by lift so you can enjoy the amazing views and stunning plants even with a pushchair. And the accessible toilets in Cardinal Place mean you’re never far away from a changing place or somewhere to wash those sticky hands!
